Kaunas University of Technology - Institute of Environmental Engineering
The Institute of Environmental Engineering is active in research fields defined as : the theoretical and practical EMS implementation in various organizations, including requirements of ISO 14001 standard and preventative systems ; and the methodology of preventative EMS implementation that enables to achieve most efficient layout of EMS and provides increasing environmental performance and effective cost savings. Furthermore the Institute proposes environmental study courses to learn to use of tools such as Ecomapping and EMAS easy.
